We have a lot of great things in store for you this year, and we believe that God has even greater things planned for you. This page will give you the rundown on everything you need to know before school.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR

These are some important dates that you want to know about as you prepare for college this Fall 26’

• Student Development Team returns on campus Monday, August 17

• Move In Weekend Saturday, August 22

• First Day of Class for all students Wednesday, August 26

• Mandatory Orientation for all students will be held during Welcome Week. A zoom link will be provided for remote & hybrid students.

STUDENT EXPERIENCE

• To kick off the year, SEU Carolina is putting on 10 events in 10 Days to commemorate our 10 Year Anniversary and celebrate your return to school.

• After Welcome Week, it is important to stay in the know about events on campus. You can access our calendar here.

• Campus events are a great place to get to know other students and build lasting friendships.

STUDENT HOUSING

Multiply Church, our host partner, owns several houses that are conveniently located on campus.

• All new incoming students will receive their housing assignments on or before August 1

• Appointments will be needed for move-in weekend. Instructions for reservations will be received in your welcome packet before welcome week.

• Invoices and Housing contracts must be executed before move in weekend on August 22

• Balances for housing are paid online. To Make a payment, click here. Reference your invoice to know what you need to pay.

• If you are unable to pay your outstanding balance for housing, then start a payment plan. Payment plans are now available online.

• If you are not fire ready, you will not be able to move-in on campus

DINING HALL

• Meals are served on campus at SEU Carolina

• The Dining Hall is located in Suite 30

• Our full-service kitchen prepares 60+ meals during the semester, which are included in the traditional on-campus benefits package. Remote and Hybrid students are welcome in the dining hall but will need to pay out of pocket.

• Lunch will be served in Suite 30 from12:30-1:30pm Monday-Thurs starting Wednesday, August 26

• Students with certain dietary restrictions need to complete this form and schedule a meeting with the head chef. This will help us meet your needs.

RESTAURANTS ON CAMPUS

• SEU Carolina has a dozen different restaurants on campus

• Restaurants include Subway, Mochica, Cookout, Waffle House, Arbys, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, Breakfast Time, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Sonic and Chick-fil-A

• Traditional on-campus students will receive a VISA meal card at orientation during Welcome Week with $150 on the card

• This VISA card will be reloaded at the start of each semester

LET’S GET TO CLASS!

• The first day of class is Wednesday, August 26

• All of our classes will be held in-person

• Classes will be offered in our Academic Center within Suite 40 on campus. For a list of our courses including days, times, and locations, click here

• Night classes will be offered at the same location

• Students can only miss 2 classes a session per block schedule for classes offered twice a week before incurring penalties

• Students can only miss 1 class a session for classes offered once a week before incurring penalties

• If any of our students need assistance with their schedule or their academics, click here to schedule an academic advising meeting.

MIDWEEK CHAPELS

• The first chapel of the fall semester will be Tuesday, September 1

• There are 16 chapel opportunities on campus this fall

• Staff chapel is the first Tuesday of every month at 8:30am in Suite 5. Join us as we worship with the faculty and staff of SEU Carolina and the Multiply Family of Churches. And after chapel, join the staff for breakfast.

• Devotions with the SEU Carolina Chaplain are every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday at 8:30am at different locations on and off campus. Make sure to check your seu email to stay up-to-date.

• Prayer Service is the fifth Tuesday of the month at 8:30am in the Prayer Center in Suite 95 on campus

• Students receive a chapel credit for every spiritual formation event they attend. Traditional on-campus students are required to have at least 14 chapel credits by the end of the semester
