Pricing

• $341.25 refundable deposit*

• $1,775.00 per semester

The deposit is refundable upon move-out so long as you complete the academic year and leave the apartment clean and damage-free. Full balance must also be paid before move-in. Rooms traditionally have two students per room, however. This can vary from house to house.
