LEADERSHIP DAYS

Each morning, dive into the subjects of Ministry, Innovation, and Leadership. Sessions will be hosted by leaders in their field and will bring different perspectives that are relevant and applicable to future Christian leaders.

REVIVAL NIGHTS

Each night, join Multiply Church for Revival Nights. Here from great preachers and encounter God. This encounter will deepen your relationship with God and prepare you for your calling.

OFF-CAMPUS EXCURSIONS

Each afternoon, our off-campus excursions are sure to invigorate. Last year, we took students to the Billy Graham Library. This experience helped students learn how obedience and a faith-filled life devoted to God left a lasting impact on future generations.

Ministry

Dale Jenkins is the Lead Pastor of New Hope Worship Center in Concord, North Carolina, and a respected leader within The Foursquare Church. With a B.A. in Theology from Life Bible College East and an M.A. in Strategic Leadership from Life Pacific University, Pastor Dale brings a wealth of wisdom shaped by decades of ministry and denominational leadership. He has served as the North Carolina State Superintendent and contributed to national strategy as a member of the Foursquare Cabinet. Passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, Pastor Dale played a key role in launching the Two-Plus-Two Residency Program at Life Pacific University Virginia.

Leadership

Duane Aagaard brings a powerful perspective on leadership drawn from years of experience developing teams and shaping future leaders in the world of sport management. As an associate professor at Catawba College and a seasoned leader with a PhD in sport management, Duane understands how to cultivate character, discipline, and vision in others—skills that transcend industries and directly apply to ministry. His session will focus on practical strategies for developing people, building strong leadership cultures, and stewarding influence with integrity. Whether you’re leading a team, a church, or yourself, Dr. Aagaard will challenge and equip you to lead with purpose and intentionality.

Innovation

Jon Hernandez is the lead pastor of Hope City Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a recognized voice on innovation in ministry. Known for his forward-thinking approach, Jon seamlessly integrates emerging technologies into the rhythms of church life and leadership. His ability to stay on the cutting edge while remaining deeply rooted in the Gospel makes him a powerful example for the next generation. In this session, Jon will challenge future Christian leaders to embrace innovation as a tool for greater impact in a rapidly changing world.
